Lean Dynamics offers a number of courses tailored for business leaders, plant management, process engineers, and operators. The classes are designed to teach lean concepts and principles, how they apply to process operations, and the role each target student group is expected to play in successful Lean implementation.
Each course is designed to be taught in a three to five day, eight hour per day format, with moderate homework - no more than an hour per night. Courses can be fine-tuned and shortened to meet specific needs.
Each course is approximately 50% lecture and discussion, and 50% exercises, problems and simulations. Exercises and problems are designed to give students experience in applying the tools they have just learned to real life situations. Exercises and problems immediately follow the relevant lecture modules.
